Wildfire Suppression’s FSM technology is covered by the application of a patent. The patent covers the critical aspects of the FSM’s design, including those relating to safety and economic production. The most critical aspects covered relate to the way in which the FSM product releases fluid to the atmosphere, key to its effectiveness in stopping forest and wildfires.
A recently commissioned PCT International Preliminary Report on Patentability confirmed that all 32 of the patent’s claims are novel, inventive steps and industrially applicable.
The patent has been applied for in all major markets around the globe and will provide the company with long term defendable design protection and optimisation of commercial returns.
